So it’s hard to say what was going through the minds of staff and government officials present when Charles Robert Ransier’s case was the subject of the day. In less than 30 minutes, the court deliberated on his crimes and sentenced him to jail, on the counts of drugs possession and tampering with evidence. It wasn’t these charges that were noteworthy, but the bizarre actions that led him to his day in court in the first place.
