Our generation has seen the birth of a completely new form of dating, one that is conducted largely from our fingertips. We log onto apps such as Tinder and Bumble and are able to accept or reject potential love interests on the basis of photos that they have uploaded of themselves. This is a completely new dating landscape from the dinner-and-a-movie type affairs that the generation before us experienced.

Now instead of relying on next to no information about our dates we’re able to access a plethora of data about the date, including knowledge that they haven’t provided us with but that we can access with a simple stalk of their Facebook, Twitter and Linkedin profiles

Something positive about this is we have the ability to narrow down the choice of potential mates by compatibility. This means that there’s a greater chance that we’re going to like the date, and hopefully minimise chances of having those catastrophic kinds of dates that we all have to endure. In short, these apps help us get closer to what exactly we want in a date. And whilst that is a laudable feat, it has been said that apps such as these are still not niche enough for some.

That is up until now… because a game has emerged that allows you to virtually date hot dads. Say what?!
