14 Aug Kylie Jenner’s 21st Birthday Party Ends In Chaos As Instagram Model Is Stretchered Out, Face-Down

The world’s youngest “self-made billionaire” just celebrated a milestone birthday. Yes, that’s right, Kylie Jenner finally turned 21 and threw a massive party to celebrate. However, it wasn’t all fun and games for everyone due to the fact that one party guest, Instagram model Tammy Hembrow, left in the back of an ambulance.

The birthday bash took place in Los Angeles’s trendy Delilah, which advertises itself as a swanky dinner and drinks spot with a 1920s vibe. The theme for the party was pink and gold, the club also had a huge ball pit set up, and guests could do gummy bear shots.

The bar had three colors of solo cups to drink from, red, yellow, and green, with each color representing whether or not a person was single, taken, or complicated, and staff members wore t-shirts with Kylie’s Forbes cover printed on them.

According to The Blast, the Australian model was placed face down on a stretcher and placed into the back of an ambulance after suffering a “medical emergency”. Hembrow is said to be an acquaintance of the Kardashian family and has modeled for Khloe’s Good American clothing company.

Hembrow has also been on the cover of Cosmopolitan Australia and is a mother of two. She is said to have been recovering after her trip to the emergency department and appears to be doing fine after being spotted out shopping in Beverly Hills a day later.

Hembrow uploaded a photo to her Instagram account, which has over 8.6 million followers, of her sitting on the steps of Swiss luxury watch boutique, Breguet, with a black shopping bag. She appeared well in the photo (below), though many of her followers still sent their regards and well-wishes to the online influencer.

While Tammy Hembrow may have been forced to leave the party just before midnight, Kylie and her other guests partied on until the cops showed up in the early morning hours. That’s right, as if having a guest leave in an ambulance wasn’t crazy enough, Kylie’s 21st birthday party was actually shut down by the police.

Guests could snack on bite-sized cheeseburgers, macaroni and cheese, and tuna tartare, or grab a Don Julio 1942 tequila or a Jell-O shot. Of course, as expected, the guest list was out of this world with a slew of top celebrities in attendance.

Aside from the other Kardashian girls, famous faces such as Cara Delevinge, Bella Hadid, French Montana, The Weeknd, Kanye West, Ashley Benson, Chris Brown, and Dave Chapelle all showed up to party with Kylie.

While things may have been getting wild inside, the police did shut down the party, but only because it went beyond Los Angeles’s 2 am closing time (legally, the last call for alcohol to be sold in a club in LA is 2 am).

Despite the shutdown, a source close to the Kardashian family who was in attendance at the party revealed to E News that Kylie did enjoy herself and that she “was in a great mood” while she celebrated with her boyfriend Travis Scott and drank vodka sodas most of the night.

“She was definitely letting loose, dancing and drinking the entire night,” the source added, and said of the couple who have a daughter together, that they “were definitely being very affectionate and weren’t holding back the PDA”.

Allegedly, the music of choice was Travis’ new album, Astroworld, and everyone was feeling good as the alcohol flowed, including Kylie’s sister, Kim, who rarely drinks.

It sure seems like Kylie had a more fabulous 21st birthday bash than most of us had. I don’t know about you, but my 21st certainly didn’t include celebrities or tuna tartare or even a theme for that matter. However, I’m not a billionaire either, and if I was, I’d surely include a ball pit at my party, too.

Kylie seems to be having a great year, considering just a few months ago Forbes Magazine declared her the youngest self-made billionaire in history. While many assumed it was her celebrity status that gained her that honor, it was actually her makeup line, Kylie Cosmetics, that has earned the youngster most of her cash.

However, some people are claiming that Forbes‘s honor is unfounded because, without Kylie’s famous family and celebrity status, her cosmetics line would never have become as popular as it is. The criticism is that she should not be labeled as “self-made”.

While Forbes has not been taken back these claims, the magazine does recognize that we are in an era of what it calls “extreme fame leverage”. After all, Kylie’s sister Kim just made millions from her newest fragrance line by using only social media to promote her product.

Her Kimoji fragrances proved to be widely popular and Kim didn’t spend so much as a single buck on marketing. Instead, she used her Instagram account and other social media platforms to hype the product. She also sent the product to some of her famous friends in hopes of receiving an online endorsement, which she did.

Love them or hate them, the Kardashians are here to stay, and with Kylie turning 21, we can’t wait to see what other business ventures she’s got up here sleeve. Happy Birthday, Kylie!
