Throughout the centuries, we have become accustomed to seeing official portraits and photographs of the Royal Family at prestigious functions and events – so much so that many of us question whether posing for photographs is all that they do.

Take, for example, the recent Royal wedding. Whilst it was evidently a celebration of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s marriage, it was also essentially one big excuse for a photoshoot.
