Bullying can come in many forms. Some methods are more passive, for instance, deliberately excluding someone and making them feel unwelcome. And other forms of bullying are more threatening and can even escalate into physical violence.

But what they all have in common is the victim at the center of it all; a victim who, for whatever reason, has been unfairly targeted.

And while we usually talk about bullying in the context of school, bullying at work is perhaps no less common.

Twenty-seven-year-old Kristan Ann Ware, a former cheerleader for the Miami Dolphins has recently filed a formal complaint against the team, alleging that she was bullied because of her faith, and more specifically her virginity.

She claims she severed ties with the cheerleading squad following a 2016 interview with the team director in which her sexual history, or lack thereof, was discussed.
