We all have them – the embarrassing childhood photos you’d rather not show anyone. Mine are definitely full of hideous dresses and questionable hairdos that still make me question whether or not my parents truly loved me. Speaking of family, they I’m convinced they keep a few around to humiliate us in front of a crush, or blackmail us when they need something done. No, just me? Moving on then… Here are a few of the most hilariously embarrassing childhood pictures to ever make it to the big wide internet.

1. When the bangs run in the family. 

This is pretty adorable in a “what were we all thinking?!” sort of way.

3. When every strand counts.

Clearly, someone responsible for this little girl’s hairdo would simply not take no for an answer when it came to bangs. Even if he/she could only muster five or six strands, they were going to make it work. That is true commitment.

4. Bang overload. 

Is a theme developing here? It seems like the baby bangs from the previous picture reached their final form a few years later, and also brought some rainbow-inspired styling to the party. Killer look all round.
