Meet Yazemeenah Rossi. She’s just received a swimsuit modeling contract at the age of 61! She was chosen because of her “grace and elegance in front of a camera”, but it cannot be denied that her body is amazing and doesn’t look a day over 25.

So what’s her secret?

Rossi is the new face of a swimwear line that is a collaboration between lingerie company, Land of Women and online retailer, The Dreslyn. It is perhaps unsurprising that Taylor Corcia, the founder of The Dreslyn, wanted Rossi for her line because she “radiates health and vitality”.

Corcia wanted to remove the hypersexuality often associated with swimwear campaigns and shift the focus to a more positive body image. She says choosing Rossi was an easy decision.

“She’s confident, she’s a visual artist, she takes care of herself. [This line is] all about being a person who’s well-lived and well-traveled and has intelligence and confidence, and letting that shine through,” Corcia said.

Rossi claims her eating habits play a big role in how she looks. While she now lives in Malibu, she was born in France and raised in Corsica. Her Mediterranean upbringing certainly seems to have influenced her diet.
